Buildout costs for the [[annex]] ([[Suite B]]) were about $24k for electrical, $5k for building materials (studs, plywood, fasteners), and $2-3k for other (networking, cameras, shop air, etc). That totals $31-32k. Taking into account four years of inflation, [[Suite A]] being bigger than Suite B (9494 vs 7840 SF), and wanting to do plumbing including restrooms, this expansion build-out may cost $50k to $100k.
