====== New Member Setup ======

  - Get the RFID reader (black plastic box with a cord) and a fresh tag. Plug the reader into the USB port on your computer.
  - Go to [[https://app.tyrion.thebodgery.org/secure/index.html]] (this is only accessible if you're at the Bodgery and connected to its network) (you will need a username/password to access)
  - Click "Add New RFID"
  - With typing cursor in  the "RFID Tag #" field, scan the tag. It should put in the tag number just as if it were typed.
    * Check that the tag has 10 digits. If it doesn't, clear the field and scan again.
  - Type in the new member's name
  - Click the "Add Tag" button
  - Go back to [[https://app.tyrion.thebodgery.org/secure/index.html]]
  - Click "Test RFID"
  - Scan the tag a few times. It should come back with an "OK" message each time

====== Removing a Member ======

  - Get the RFID reader. Plug the reader into the USB port on your computer.
  - Go to [[https://app.tyrion.thebodgery.org/secure/index.html]]
  - Click "View RFID List"
  - Search for the member's name in the search box at the top (can search for first name, or first part of name)
  - Click "Deactivate" next to the name you want to deactivate
