New Member Setup

  1. Get the RFID reader (black plastic box with a cord) and a fresh tag. Plug the reader into the USB port on your computer.
  2. Go to https://app.tyrion.thebodgery.org/secure/index.html (this is only accessible if you're at the Bodgery and connected to its network) (you will need a username/password to access)
  3. Click “Add New RFID”
  4. With typing cursor in the “RFID Tag #” field, scan the tag. It should put in the tag number just as if it were typed.
    • Check that the tag has 10 digits. If it doesn't, clear the field and scan again.
  5. Type in the new member's name
  6. Click the “Add Tag” button
  7. Go back to https://app.tyrion.thebodgery.org/secure/index.html
  8. Click “Test RFID”
  9. Scan the tag a few times. It should come back with an “OK” message each time

Removing a Member

  1. Get the RFID reader. Plug the reader into the USB port on your computer.
  2. Go to https://app.tyrion.thebodgery.org/secure/index.html
  3. Click “View RFID List”
  4. Search for the member's name in the search box at the top (can search for first name, or first part of name)
  5. Click “Deactivate” next to the name you want to deactivate
