Function:

The Domino Joiner can be described as a hand held loose tenon slot mortising machine. The Domino joiner can cut slot mortises in work pieces that are to be joined. Glue and a loose tenon are inserted into the mating mortises, joining the pieces together and creating the (loose tenon) Domino joint.
Mortise width adjustment, with the turn of a dial, allows for easier alignment when joining panels.
Pivoting Fence allows you to create angled mortises from 0-90° with positive stops at 22.5°, 45°, 67.5°.
Domino cutters of different diameter thicknesses can be used to create mortises of different width, height and depth.
Mortise width setting should only be changed when machine is running.
Dust collector hose must be connected and used at all times when machine is running.

Four Domino Laws

Always reference the same face (of workpieces being joined).
Alway, when referencing the plate, work off the table to ensure dominos are at the right height.
Plunge in line.
Plunge at a steady rate. Plunging too fast can cause chatter and a loose fitting domino.
