• Build/find steel welding table - preferably top would be ⅛” or ¼“ plate steel
• Buy/install 4×4 post to replace loft tree/log on outer corner of loft
• Build rolling wall between lounge/underloft and sink area.
  • Install barrel bolts to side posts (top and bottom) to keep stable.
• Buy/Install lock for garage door
• Build Welding Screen
• Install better lights under loft
• Revamp Audio Setup
  • Add speakers to audio setup
